In the heart of Les Arcs 1800, the restaurant and bar at the Altezza Arc 1800 Hotel & Spa invite you to enjoy a refined culinary experience at altitude. Facing the Alpine peaks, discover generous cuisine inspired by Savoyard terroir and seasonal produce, in an elegant and warm setting. After a day of skiing, hiking, or relaxing at the spa, enjoy a gourmet moment with a spectacular view of the mountains.

During the winter season, the restaurant offers a generous buffet menu, ideal after a day on the slopes of the Paradiski ski area.

Every evening, you can also enjoy show cooking, where our chefs prepare certain dishes in front of you. A convivial and immersive experience that showcases culinary expertise and the freshness of the products.

In summer, the menu features fresh, light cuisine inspired by seasonal produce and Alpine gastronomy. Gourmet salads, balanced dishes, and summer recipes are the perfect accompaniment to your days of hiking, mountain biking, or relaxing at altitude.

Every morning, enjoy a full buffet breakfast to start your day off right at Les Arcs 1800.

Large, bright and cosy, the bar welcomes you for a snack after your activity, an aperitif on the terrace or a digestif by the fireplace.

Open daily to outside customers and hotel guests from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Snack break
Every afternoon, when you return from your hike or day of skiing, enjoy snacks at the bar, including popcorn, sausage, and crepes.

Cocktail aperitif
Enjoy a delicious cocktail or a glass of wine selected from our cellar, accompanied by a board comfortably seated by the fire or on the terrace watching the sun set.
Evenings and entertainment
Prolong the evening with a herbal tea or digestif, in a quiet armchair by the piano, facing the fireplace, and enjoy a musical evening in season.

Convivial and gourmet
Born on Reunion Island, Nicolas Cegretin inherited his father's love of cooking at an early age. After obtaining his BTH and his diploma from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française at the Gregoire Ferrandi school, Nicolas consolidated his cooking skills with renowned chefs: Jean Louis Nomicos, Jean Pierre Vigato and Philippe Labbé.
L'Altezza Arc 1800 welcomes you for private or business events and offers event dinners. In a majestic setting, our team can adapt to your every need, from cocktails and aperitifs to birthday cakes and festive dinners.
The terrace of the Altezza bar offers a breathtaking panorama of the Tarentaise valley. A magical sunset!
In summer and winter alike, you can enjoy this essential part of the hotel with family, friends or colleagues, as a couple, a small group or as a group.
In a warm atmosphere, the bar is a real relaxation area with a magnificent central fireplace. Evenings are lively from the aperitif onwards, around the open fire. Live bands entertain on certain evenings in season. A piano is also available.
