What time can I get there?

Check-in time is from 5pm. However, you are welcome to arrive at any time, and luggage storage is available while you wait for your room to be ready.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited in the hotel's public areas, in accordance with national regulations.

Do you have rooms with separate beds?

All our rooms and suites have double beds that can be separated. Please specify when booking at reception@altezzahotel.com

Do the rooms have safes?

Yes, our rooms have safes that can hold a laptop.

Is it possible to add a cot in the bedrooms?

It is possible to add a cot to all our rooms and suites. This service is offered free of charge. Please specify when booking at reception@altezzahotel.com.

Do the rooms have special views?

Yes, we have superior rooms that offer a remarkable view of the Tarentaise valley. If you want to enjoy this view, be sure to book the superior room.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Safe, minibar, Nespresso machine, double-glazing, free wifi, flat-screen TV, bathrobes and slippers, NUXE products in bathroom, hairdryer, separate WC, large closet.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is at 5pm. You can arrive at any time, but we cannot guarantee immediate access to your room. A luggage room is at your disposal until it is ready.

What time do I have to vacate the room?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest. We have a luggage room if you wish to store your belongings during the day.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, only on request when booking at reception@altezzahotel.com and subject to availability, and with a supplement, you can occupy your room after 10am (€20 per hour until 3pm, then the full night is charged) or have guaranteed access to your room before 5pm.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking, please read the terms and conditions carefully. The policy may vary depending on the rate booked and the site on which you are booking.

Where can I find the best prices?

You'll find the best deals, 10% cheaper than online sales, on the official Altezza Arc 1800 Hotel & Spa website by booking direct here.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets in our rooms and suites. Please specify when booking at reception@altezzahotel.com and you will be charged €15 per night per pet. Please note that the restaurant and spa are not accessible to pets.

When do I pay for my stay?

Please read the terms and conditions carefully when booking. Payment may vary depending on the rate booked and the website on which you are booking.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, you will have to pay the tourist tax of €2.75 per person over 18 per night to the hotel.

What is the hotel's policy on children?

Children are considered adults and must occupy the available bedding. No extra beds are available.

Does the hotel have internet access?

Yes, the hotel has Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet access in both public areas and rooms. This service is free of charge.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 every day of the week in the hotel restaurant.

Is it possible to have specific products for breakfast or dinner?

Yes, if you mention it at the time of booking. We can then accommodate your allergies and intolerances (e.g. gluten-free).

Is it possible to have meals or drinks served in the room?

No, we do not offer room service.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility. We have 3 PMR rooms. Please specify when booking at: reception@altezzahotel.com.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

No, the hotel does not have air conditioning in either the public areas or the rooms.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Yes, the hotel provides free storage for your luggage during the day. If you wish to leave your luggage outside your stay, you can do so for €5 per night per item.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, the hotel has a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner.

There's also a bar offering gourmet food and drinks all day long.

Is it possible to have flowers or chocolates in the room?

Yes, it's possible to have whatever you want in your room on arrival. However, please specify this when making your reservation at reception@altezzahotel.com.

Does the hotel have a fitness room?

Yes, the hotel has a fitness room available free of charge to hotel residents from 9am to 8pm.

Does the hotel have a spa?

Yes, the hotel features a NUXE spa with 3 treatment rooms and an aquatic area (heated pool, sauna, hammam, indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths) accessible free of charge to hotel guests. The spa is open from 9am to 8pm. Privatization available from 8pm to 10pm for a 1-hour session.

Can I book a treatment or massage?

Yes, the hotel offers tailor-made treatments with our partner NUXE. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at reception@altezzahotel.com.

Can I use the spa if I'm not staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can book a treatment or massage and use the aquatic area and fitness room. For reservations and information, please contact the reservations department at reception@altezzahotel.com.

What activities can we do around the hotel?

In summer, you can hike in the surrounding area, go mountain biking, take a paragliding flight, visit the must-see sites, discover the unique experience of the Aiguille Rouge zip line...

In winter, you can take advantage of the exceptional Paradiski ski area with its 425 km of runs, just a 200 m walk from the hotel.

Can I offer an overnight stay at Altezza Arc 1800 hotel & spa or a spa treatment?

Yes, you can offer an overnight stay on a half-board basis or a spa treatment, for example. You can choose and purchase your package online at
, or create your own customized package by contacting the reservations department at reception@altezzahotel.com.

Does the hotel have a ski room?

Yes, the hotel has a free ski room on the 1st floor where you can safely store your equipment (individual lockers).

Does the hotel have a ski rental store?

Yes, the hotel has a SKI SET ski store on the 1st floor of the hotel, where you can rent ski and snowboard equipment and buy accessories (gloves, hats, socks, goggles, masks, helmets).

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has a secure underground parking lot with 44 spaces. The hotel also has 3 electric terminals for recharging your car. ATTENTION, maximum height of 2.35m for the underground garage. These parking lots are reservable and subject to a charge. A number of public and outdoor parking spaces are also available in front of the hotel entrance.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service from airports and train stations?

Yes, the hotel can organize your transfer by private shuttle or public bus from Lyon or Geneva airports and Bourg Saint-Maurice train station with our partners, on request when booking at reservation@altezzahotel.com.

How do I get to the hotel?

The Hotel les Arcs 1800 is located in the heart of the Charmettoger Village at ARC 1800. Take the Arc 1800 road through the resort, and the hotel is located behind the Charmettoger covered parking lot. Shuttle service from Lyon Saint Exupéry and Geneva airports. TGV from Paris, Lyon and London to Bourg Saint Maurice. Funicular and bus access from Bourg Saint Maurice.
